The center of it all - Kitebeach, Cabarete is one of the global centers for Kitesurfing. Ironically, everyone kites right out front, but the best break is about 1/2 mile east... which makes for the start of a great downwinder.

getting there from NYC - does any one know of deals return flights and accomadtion from NYC to cabarreta? and what is the avergae wind strenght to expect for the month of September
